Our approach

Most sleep apps play sounds or passively track your night. SleepCodex is different. It teaches you how to sleep better through a structured daily program that matches your sleep type. The goal is lasting habits, not a quick fix.

The science

Our programs are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), the treatment recommended by sleep doctors worldwide. Digital CBT-i has been shown to be 2.5x more effective than traditional approaches in clinical trials, with 76% of participants reaching healthy sleep.

Who we are

SleepCodex is operated by Mikra Webtec e.K. Good sleep shouldn't cost hundreds of dollars or require a prescription. That's why we built this: a sleep program that works, at a price that makes sense.
